Valentine’s Day is approaching fast! Be sure to book your reservation early, as we have sold-out completely in previous years. Chef has created an incredible menu to provide the perfect food and ambiance for the perfect evening out with your loved one. first course

local oyster sampler
baked rockefeller, chowder and tomato horseradish slurpee

lobster "cappuccino"
brandied maine lobster soup topped with nutmeg foam,
lobster waldorf salad, tarragon biscotti

zinfandel poached pear
baby arugula, spiced toasted walnuts and maytag blue cheese,
tossed with aged sherry vinaigrette

smoked salmon napoleon
layered with crispy lavash, traditional garnishes,
american paddlefish caviar


main course

roasted rack of lamb
grass fed naturally raised new zeland lamb with a crust of fresh herbs
served with dauphinoise potatoes and honey glazed baby carrots

wild maryland rockfish
pan seared and topped with jumbo lump crab meat, mango-champagne butter,
fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus

scaloppini of veal shenandoah
naturally raised strauss farms veal, dorsey’s country ham, served over
papardelle pasta with black trumpet mushrooms

medallions of herford beef tenderloin
grilled marinated shrimp, crisp potato cake, wilted spinach,
truffled maderia demi glace


desserts

chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake (for 2)

  • All natural pork products from our partners at Dorsey's Meats of Woodsboro, MD;
  • Local grass fed angus ground beef from Hedgeapple Farm of Buckeystown, MD;
  • Fresh seafood provided by united shellfish out of Grasonville, MD and
  • Selected fresh organic produce from Earthbound Farms, locally operated Tuscarora grower co-op and Mayne Farms of Buckeystown.
